Stefan Heuser, a distinguished professional in the cruise sector, significantly contributes as Partner and VP of Hotel Operations at Ship Management Group. Originating from Germany, where he embarked on his culinary journey, Stefan transitioned to the maritime world in 1992 aboard MS Aurora, a luxury passenger ship known for its exquisite service under Tauck Tours and Abercrombie & Kent.
His expertise in gastronomy paved his way to notable roles with Norwegian Cruise Lines and V. Ships Leisure, culminating in a pivotal position as Executive Chef. By 1994, his talents in leadership and culinary arts were recognized, leading to his role as Corporate F&B Controller for V. Ships' fleet. Stefan's ascendancy continued as he took the helm of V. Ships Catering, now Oceanic Catering, in 2002, steering the company to oversee a fleet of over 100 vessels.
In 2015, Stefan advanced to CMI Leisure as the Director of Hotel Operations, playing a crucial role in the company's expansion and adeptly guiding its hotel operations through the challenging times of the pandemic.
Joining Ship Management Group in 2024, Stefan brought his profound cruise industry acumen and proven expertise in operational start-ups, strategic planning, and execution.
